  • have your call returned within 15 minutes after you have left a message;
  • be informed within 10 minutes after we have identified and isolated any problem which might occur on the Internet network;
  • have 100% of your problems solved;
  • get connected within 30 minutes after receipt of an application;
  • professional and effective web page designs which meet your satisfaction 100%;
  • be 100% satisfied with the reaction to your enquiries;
  • have any possible administrative errors sorted out 100%;
  • experience the best quality Internet service available in South Africa;
  • have your web site operational 99% of the time;
  • deal with personnel whose integrity is not in question;
  • hear the truth when problems occur and not necessarily what you want to hear;
  • be informed about new initiatives and products in the Information Technology environment;
  • deal directly with the Managing Director whenever you choose;
  • be treated professionally and
  • the best advice, even though it may be to our detriment.
